Lampshade Ladies, Dance

The third and tallest woman in the 'Lampshade Ladies' series, 'Dance' (2026), continues the tradition of using a recycled lampshade base to mount its natural clay body.  'Dance' features a larger scale, where a still woman is depicted basking in the fluidity of her limitless motion. This mixed media work is made with natural clay, acrylic bronze paint, glue glaze, feathers, satin, silk cord, fabric scraps, lace trim, and beads.
